Russian Kettlebell training is a great method because it is a functional workout. This means it builds core strength and stability, improves posture and makes everyday tasks so much easier. more>>

Postural Correction
We are acutely aware of how critical it is to perform exercises with correct form to minimise risk of injury and prevent ?training in? or worsening any bad habits people may have. more>>

Circuit Training
The final component of our training methodology is Circuit Training. Particularly good for group sessions, but also good in solo PT. more>>

Solo Personal Training

This is the most effective way to achieve results FAST, whether your goal is to gain strength and muscle mass, lose weight or learn to box. You will have a detailed consultation to go over your goals, motivation and time commitments, and we will work towards them straight away. Postural Correction

Although the personal training is carried out with specific attention to posture, sometimes it is necessary to carry out a total postural assessment and design a corrective programme, again unique to you, to balance your body and ease your movement. Click here to book your postural assessment now!

Group Training for up to 3 people.

Group training is a great way to have fun with friends or loved ones whilst getting fit at the same time. At the moment we train brothers and sisters, husbands and wives and also groups of friends. The classes are designed to be unique in their content as well as hard work and fun. It is also a great way for a whole family to work out together! Bridal Bootcamp

The Bridal Bootcamp package is available to those on a tight schedule who want to achieve results FAST. The structure of the package is for us to train 5 times per week towards the goals you will set in your detailed initial consultation. We also coach sports teams with sport specific circuits and specific strength and conditioning work and can design specific weight management programmes including a diet plan and recipe ideas, all you have to do is ask!
